Before you begin
• You must be an Admin in Vice ADAS.
• Have the user’s email address ready.
• Know the correct Role (e.g., Admin, Tech, Body Shop User) and Location for the new user.
Step 1 — Start a new invite
From the Users page, click Add New User.
Step 2 — Configure the invite
Enter the user’s email, choose the appropriate Role, and select the correct Location.
Step 3 — Send the invite
Select Add New User to send the invitation email.
Step 4 — User: open the invite email
Ask the user to open the email and click Set Your Password.
Step 5 — User: set a password
On the password page, enter a strong password and click Reset password (must meet the on-screen requirements).
Step 6 — User: finish sign-in
On the confirmation screen, click Back to Vice ADAS and sign in with the new password.
Removing a User
If a user no long needs access (e.g. no longer works at your company), they can easily be deactivated and their login will no longer function.
Tips & troubleshooting
• If the user didn’t receive the invite, ask them to check Spam/Junk and search for 'Set Your
Password' from Vice ADAS.
• To resend or correct an invite, repeat Steps 1–3 with the right email.
• Choose the proper Role to ensure the correct permissions. You can update Role and
Location later from the user list.
