Use this dashboard to see what’s scheduled next. Filter by tech, shop, status, and date range,
then open any job for details.
Filters & controls
• Assign Tech: Filter by the technician assigned to the job (choose a name or use – for
unassigned).
• Shop: Show jobs for a specific location.
• Status: Narrow by workflow status (e.g., Pre-Scan Required).
• Date range: Choose the window of upcoming jobs to display.
• Show Unscheduled Jobs toggle: Include jobs that don’t yet have a scheduled date.
• Clear: Reset all filters and date range.
Table columns
• Shop: Location of the job.
• RO Number: Repair order number (click column header to sort).
• Detail: Vehicle and VIN summary.
• Tech Assigned: Assigned technician or – if unassigned.
• Scheduled: Scheduled date.
• Status: Current job status badge.
• Actions: Click the pencil to open the job details.
Common workflows
• See what’s coming up this week: Set the date range to this week and filter by your shop.
• Find unassigned work: Enable Show Unscheduled Jobs and filter Assign Tech to a certain technician.
• Open a job: Click the pencil in the Actions column to view or schedule from the job page.
Tips
• Use column sort arrows to quickly group by date or status.
