We take every report seriously. Our on-staff ADAS experts (10+ years of experience per expert) review submissions daily alongside our development team. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Thank you for helping improve Vice ADAS.

When to use “Report An Issue”

• A recommended operation looks incorrect or incomplete.

• A reference link is broken or could be improved.

• You believe equipment/required flags need adjustment.

Step 1 — Open the dialog

From the job page, click Report An Issue.

Step 2 — Select the operation

Choose the Operation With an Issue from the dropdown.

Step 3 — Describe the problem

Add a clear description (what’s wrong, what you expected, any sources you reference such as

service info).

Step 4 — Submit

Click Submit. We’ll confirm receipt and begin review.

What happens next

• Your report is triaged the same day / next day by ADAS experts and engineering.

• We’ll follow up within 24–48 hours with questions, status, or resolution.

• Fixes and content updates roll out daily; critical items are prioritized.

Tips for a great report

• Reference OEM docs or TSBs when you can.

• Explain business impact (e.g., cannot proceed, link broken).
