This article walks you through resetting your login password using the “Forgot password?” flow.
You’ll confirm the request from your email and set a new password.
Before you begin
Have access to the email inbox associated with your account.
Make sure you can receive messages from [email protected] (check spam/promotions).
Step 1 — Open the reset flow
On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?, then choose Continue.
Step 2 — Enter your email
Type your account email address and click Continue. We’ll send you a reset message.
Step 3 — Confirm from your inbox
Open the email titled Reset your password and select Confirm (or the reset URL).
Step 4 — Create a new password
Enter your new password and select Reset password. Your password must include at least 3 of the following: lower-case letters, upper-case letters, numbers, special characters.
Step 5 — Finish
You’ll see Password Changed! Select Back to Vice ADAS and sign in with your new password.
Troubleshooting
• No email received: wait 2–3 minutes, then check Spam/Junk and “Other” tabs. Search for
“Reset your password” or the sender [email protected].
• Wrong email entered: go back and run the flow again with the correct address.
• Link expired: open the email again and request a new link from the sign-in page.
• Still stuck: contact your workspace administrator or support.
Security best practices
• Use a unique password you don’t reuse on other sites.
• Consider a password manager to generate and store strong passwords.
• Never share your reset link or password with anyone.
