Use Manual Calibrations to add an operation that isn’t automatically detected from the Repair Order (RO). You can link it to estimate line items and include a reference URL (e.g., OEM procedure). Manually added items behave like any operation—toggle them On/Off to control whether they show on the Vice Calibration Report.

Step 1 — Open Manual Calibrations

In the job view, open the Manual Calibrations tab and click Add Manual Calibration.

Step 2 — Select the operation

Select an operation from the list (e.g., Program Module, Calibrate Lane Keep Assist Camera), or choose “Other” to enter a custom name for your operation.

Step 3 — (Optional) Map related line items

Open Select Line Items and check any estimate lines that justify or relate to this calibration

(search to filter).

Step 4 — Add an Operation URL (optional)

Paste a link to the OEM/service procedure (e.g., ALLDATA, OEM portal).

Step 5 — Save

Click Add Calibration. Your item now appears in the Operations list with Equipped and Required toggles.

Manage or delete later

Go back to Manual Calibrations, select the checkbox for one or more rows, then click Delete Selected.
