Use the switches in the Equipped and Required columns to control what appears on the Vice Calibration Report. On (purple) = included on the report. Off (gray) = excluded from the report.

Where to find the toggles

Open a job and scroll to the Operations table. Each ADAS operation has two switches:

Equipped: Whether the vehicle is equipped with the system/component.

Required: Whether the operation is required for the repair order.

How to toggle

• Click a switch to turn it On (purple) or Off (gray).

On: The operation will show on the Vice Calibration Report.

Off: The operation will not show on the report.

• Use the top-right Download to preview your report after changes.

Examples

• If the vehicle isn’t equipped or the repair doesn’t require calibration, simply turn the toggle off—the operation will disappear from the report.

Best practices

• Validate against OEM service information before toggling.

• Add a short note explaining why you toggled an item off (helps with insurer questions).• Attach proof (scan/calibration success screen, setup photos, OEM procedure PDF) for complete documentation.

Reminder

Toggling controls only the visibility of operations on the report; technicians remain responsible for confirming requirements with OEM procedures.
