Before you begin
• You must be an Admin in Vice ADAS.
• Have the shop details ready (name, address, phone, etc.).
• CCC ID is optional—only required if integrating with CCC One.
Step 1 — Open the Shop page
Go to Shop and click Add New Shop.
Step 2 — Enter details & submit
Fill out the shop details. Leave CCC ID blank unless you are integrating with CCC One, then click Submit. For CCC integration setup, follow your onboarding guide or contact support.
After you add the Shop
• Invite users and assign them to this Shop.
• Verify shop hours/timezone and address formatting.
• If using CCC One, complete the CCC integration steps and then test a job import.
Removing a Shop
If you stop working with a shop, simply deactivate it. The shop will no longer appear as an upload option, and if it was integrated, its reports will stop coming in.
Troubleshooting
• Submit button disabled: check for any required fields outlined in red.
• Duplicate name/address: add a suffix (e.g., “– East”) to keep shops unique.
• Can’t find the new shop later: refresh the shops page or clear filters.
