How to Schedule Service from a Job

From the job details page you can schedule the calibration/service. The scheduler lets you pick a

date and a time window (Any Time, AM, or PM).

Step 1 — Open the job

From the Jobs Home page, click the pencil icon on the desired row to open the job details view.

Step 2 — Click “Schedule Service”

At the top-right of the job, select Schedule Service to open the scheduling window.

Step 3 — Pick the date and time window

Use the calendar to select a date. On the right, choose a time window: Any Time, AM, or PM.

Use Today to jump to today or Clear to reset.

Step 4 — Confirm

Click Confirm to save your selection. Use Cancel to close without saving. Once scheduled, the job will now appear in your upcoming jobs and visible on your dashboard. You can reschedule at any time by repeating these steps.

Notes & tips

• The “Scheduled” column on the Jobs Home page will reflect the scheduled date/time window.

• If scheduling is disabled, ensure you have the correct permissions.

• Provide any additional details or constraints to your team via your normal dispatch/notes

process.
